PRIORITY #2
Energize, evaluate and ensure districtwide innovation.

Build capacity leadership to create and monitor conditions for continuing school and district improvement.

WHY IS THIS A PRIORITY?

Staff turnover is a challenge to education nationwide. Research has shown that teachers who feel supported through coaching, effective leadership and continuous relevant professional development are more effective and stay in their positions longer. The increased self-efficacy and retention directly results in greater student achievement.
